Licence: CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 (as in (a)) The Project asserts the sui generis database right under Directive 96/9/EC and equivalent national law over these compilations, on the basis of substantial investment in obtaining, verifying and presenting their contents. They remain subject to the terms of their respective publishers, and it is your responsibility to comply with those terms. Section 1(c) licenses only the Project's own compilation of that material — not the material itself. Nothing here should be read as an assertion of ownership over public statistical data. -------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. TRADE MARKS AND BRAND — NOT LICENSED -------------------------------------------------------------------- The following are expressly excluded from every licence in Section 1 and no right to use them is granted: - the names "mineral.watch", "MineralWatch", and the per-mineral dashboard names ("CobaltWatch", "GraphiteWatch", and so on) - the mineral.watch logo, wordmark and favicon - the domain mineral.watch You may not use these to name, brand or promote a derivative work, or in any way likely to suggest affiliation with or endorsement by the Project. MEDIA ASSETS — CHECK BEFORE REUSE -------------------------------------------------------------------- Photographs, video and other media under brand/ may include material licensed to the Project from third parties. Such material is not sublicensed to you under Section 1 and is excluded from any grant made here.
